This Pinot Blanc comes from up to 40-year-old vines in the top of the Paradelage Rosenberg, which are on very barren, characterized by gravel soils. The fine, nutty aromas in the nose are accompanied by delicate Burgundy citrus notes on the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with the typical creaminess of the Wagram and a present but perfectly integrated acidity, which gives it a nice flow.

Controlled fermentation, aging and storage on the lees to 50% in concrete egg and 50% in 220l Burgundy barrel for about 12 months
